Shipping & Returns

There are two shipping deadlines for the 2025 Christmas shopping season – December 10, 2025 and December 15, 2025.

  • December 10, 2025: shipping deadline for apparel, wall flags, tote bags, neck gaiters, stickers, mouse pads, desk mats, and casting cloths
  • December 15, 2025: shipping deadline for handmade items (art prints, rune cards, altar cards, bookmarks)

I can not guarantee the above items will be delivered by Christmas after the above listed dates.

Processing Times
Processing times vary, depending on the type of product ordered.

  • Handmade items will be packaged and shipped 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date payment is received.
  • All other merchandise is shipped via third party. These items have a processing period of 7 to 14 business days (Monday-Friday).
Shipping
Wayuką́ ships from the United States and all items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Standard Shipping (we do not offer Express Shipping). Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped. You will receive the tracking number via email. If you haven’t received one, please contact us and we’ll send an email with the information.

Domestic Shipping
Wayuką́ ships all handmade products First Class, free of charge. These products include art prints, altar cards, bookmarks,and rune cards. To keep shipping costs down, packaging for handmade items will be light.

  • Altar Cards and Bookmarks will be packaged in a cello sleeve and shipped in a bubble mailer.
  • Rune Cards will be packaged in a cello sleeve and muslin bag and shipped in a bubble mailer.
  • Poster Prints will be packaged in a cello sleeve with a backing board and shipped in a flat mailer.
International Shipping
As of November 1, 2025, Wayuką́ no longer ships internationally.

NOTE: Wayuką́ does not ship on weekends or US Holidays.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Wayuką́ is not responsible for any delays, damages or losses due to shipping. The package is no longer in my control once it enters the USPS’ system.

Wayuką́ is not responsible for package delivery errors due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.

If your package is shown as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. You can also file a claim. The Post Office takes mail theft very seriously!

Wayuką́ will try to accommodate cancellation requests, however once an order for a handmade item is submitted, it immediately goes into processing. If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please do so within 4 hours of completing your order.

Wayuką́ wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re not, you’re welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. You can either fill out the Contact Form or send an email to info@wayuka.com. If sending an email, please enter “Product Return” as the subject and include your “Order Number” in the body of your message. I will respond with instructions on how to return the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Wrong product sent
  • Wrong color sent
  • Damaged upon arrival
Wayuką́ does not offer refunds because of your failure to read the title and description of the product. Measurements are listed for every product in the description. Please be sure to thoroughly read the details to make sure you’re purchasing the size you need.

We do not offer refunds if you chose the wrong color. If we sent the wrong color, then that is an error on our part, and your order will be eligible for a return and exchanged for the correct color or refunded.

The item(s) must be returned in the same manner and condition they were received, this includes the packaging. Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) will receive a partial refund only.

Products Not Eligible For Refund

  • We do not offer refunds on items purchased while on sale/clearance. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • Facial-wear (neck gaiters) are not eligible for return.
  • Paper products (rune cards, altar cards, stickers) are not eligible for return.
  • Digital products are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will include the purchase price only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
