No, you can check out as a guest. If you do decide to create an account, you'll be able to save your details for quicker checkouts and track orders more easily.
Payments are processed through Woo Payments. No credit card information is stored after your order has been processed.
For handmade items (art prints, altar cards, bookmarks, rune cards), order processing times are between 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). Most packages are shipped within 24 hours.
All other merchandise (apparel, gaiters, mouse pads, desk mats, casting cloths, stickers, wall flags) are shipped via third party with processing times between 7 to 14 business days (Monday-Friday).
If you haven't received an order confirmation email after 1 hour, please contact me to make sure your order went through.
Some items take longer to process and ship than others. For example, handmade items are shipped directly from Wayuką́. If you order a handmade item and a t-shirt, you'll receive the handmade item first, as the processing period is longer for t-shirts and apparel is made-to-order from a third party. This does not affect shipping costs.
Digital downloads are available for certain products.

- Desktop Wallpaper
No physical item will be mailed. These are intended for downloading and using as a desktop screen wallpaper or printing on your home printer/sending to a local print shop.
Our apparel is unisex. Please consult the size chart included on the product's page to select the appropriate size based on your measurements.
All handmade items (art prints, bookmarks, altar cards, rune cards) are shipped from Kentucky.
All other items (apparel, mouse pads, gaiters, tote bags, desk mats, hats) are dispatched from several locations within the United States, including North Carolina, Texas, and California.
All handmade items (art prints, bookmarks, altar cards, rune cards) ship free of charge via the United States Postal Service (First Class or Priority, depending on the weight).
Shipping costs for all other merchandise depends on the item, quantity, weight, and shipping destination.
When you go through the ordering process, you will be presented with shipping options and able to see your total order cost, including shipping, before checkout.
Unfortunately, due to customs, taxes, tarrifs, ever-changing laws and regulations, and shipping costs, it has become unsustainable to ship internationally.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you have an account, you'll be able view the tracking details by logging in to your account.
Wayuką́ is not responsible for lost orders or stolen items. Please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. You can also file a claim.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:

- Wrong color sent
- Damaged upon arrival
